Technical Project Manager, November 2001 – May 2004: Managed a team of Web Developers and IT staff to architect distance learning course software (Cold Fusion & Java) based on research at Project Zero and deployed to educators in Latin America, Asia, Australia and the U.S. Managed a 400K budget.
